Dy.CPO/HQ is nominated as CPIO and APO/HR & Welfare as APIO of Personnel Department, SCoR HQ.

•

HRMS & IPAS:  Promotions, transfers and other service matters to be done on HRMS.

•

Seniority Lists, Office Orders & Awards:  These will be uploaded after operationalisation of SCoR Zone.

•

RRBs:  Ensure RRB indents in all DRQ categories like ALPs, JEs, SSEs, NTPC categories etc. are submitted on HRMS to RRBs.

•

Selections & Results:  Selections for PQ & LDCE, ex-Cadre posts vacancies will be conducted in CBT mode and as per the extant instructions of Railway Board.

•

Personnel (Staff Welfare / IR):  Ensure timely allotment of funds from CSBF for various activities like Educational scholarship awards, Railway Institutes, Kalyan Mandaps etc. and proper utilisation of allotted funds.

•

Quarters Priority and Allotment:  The quarters for staff are under construction.

•

Unions, Associations, Pension Adalat:  Being a new Zonal Railway, meetings with the Unions of SCR & ECoR will be conducted for recognizing new Unions for SCoR.
